Executive Director of Human Resources

Martha Gutierrez, Executive Director of Human Resources has made a career in human resource management for over 20 years. She is certified as a master level trainer in cultural competency through the prestigious National Multi-Cultural Institute in Washington DC. As an adjunct professor at a local college she has taught school law and urban issues in education. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and has earned the Professional Human Resources designation/certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development and management coaching.

With a masters in instructional design and a corporate background in marketing she has proudly accepted board appointments with the Girl Scouts of America and chaired many Girl Scout human resource committees. Martha has served as the president of the St. Sebastian Home and School Association.
