Dear D187 Families:

    Due to the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, please be advised that until further notice online registration must be completed for your student. After completing the online process, you may use one of three options to submit residency documents listed below.

    HOW TO SUBMIT REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS
    1) Email residency documents to the school secretary (contact information below).
    2) Fax documents to the school your student will be attending (See note on medical information).
    3) Use the drop off box located at the District 187 Board Office, 2000 Lewis Avenue (south side of building). Place documents in an envelope with the student’s name and school written on it.

    ACCEPTABLE RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS
    The following residency documents are required:
    -Photo ID
    -Current Mortgage Statement/Property Tax bill or Current Lease Agreement
    -2 utility bills (Gas, Electric, Waste Management, Water, Cable/Internet, Voter Registration Card, Medical Card)

    When sending documents by email, a clear photo of the required paperwork is acceptable. 

    Due to health privacy laws, do not send medical information (i.e. immunizations, physicals) by email or drop off box.  Please ask your medical professional to forward information using the fax number provided for your student’s school.  Click here for health clinic information

    How do I get started? 

    You can start the registration process by visiting the SchoolMint online portal. Enter your username and password, you may then start to re-enroll. If you do not remember your password click on the link below to reset it.

    Sports registration forms can be found at each school building open for registration and the board of education office.
