Northwestern McGaw Medical Center's Family Medicine Residency Program

McGaw Medical Center's Family Medicine Residency Program (Northwestern Medicine) – McGaw Medical Center’s Family Medicine Residency Program at Lake Forest can provide free Mental Health counseling and education as well as school physicals, vaccinations, IHSA sports physicals, and vaccinations in the NCCHS clinic for students at Neal Math and Science Academy (NMSA) and North Chicago Community High School (NCCHS). Using the universal screener SABERS, NCCHS, and NMSA MTSS teams will identify students needing the above services. Dr. Paul Ravenna (PRAVENNA@nm.org) is the Physician in charge of the program.
